Services and Expertise
Bringing together some forty members, USPI Geneva covers fields such as estate management, brokerage, property development, valuation and advisory. It plays an essential role in managing around 70% of Geneva's rental stock, including housing and commercial premises.
Commitment to Quality and Sustainability
Its members are committed to quality and professionalism in property management. Particular emphasis is placed on sustainability, notably through the Label Vert programme, which aims to save energy and natural resources in building management.
