Martial arts

A wide range of martial arts is taught across the canton, from the Japanese disciplines of karate, judo, aikido, and jiu-jitsu to taekwondo, kung fu, boxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Schools and dojos offer classes for children and adults, recreational and competitive, with a focus on technique, fitness, and self-defence.
