Founded in 1826, Favarger is one of Geneva's oldest chocolate houses, family-owned across nine generations.
The maison makes its chocolate from bean to bar at its historic factory in Versoix, controlling the full process from selecting beans through roasting, grinding and blending. Its signature creations include the Aveline praline and the crunchy Nougaline. Favarger operates boutiques in Geneva, including a flagship at Place du Molard.
